Knitting & Quilting - Outstanding Comfort These are of incredible quality with seasoned work effort, imagination and skill. Check out Knitting & Quilting - Outstanding Comfort Quilting is the stitching together of layers of padding and fabric.  Quilting can be traced back as far as ancient Egypt.  The oldest known surviving quilt is the "Tristan Quilt" made in Sicily during the 14th century. Quilting involves a lot of work and a lot of patience. Please enjoy and appreciate the creative art in these quilts. I have also added some beautiful crocheted afghans.  There are large afghans (sometimes called granny afghans) in white, yellow, dusty rose and ecru.  There are several lap or crib crocheted afghans in a multitude of colours.  Great gifts for the new member of your family.                         Knitting & Quilting - Outstanding Comfort Incredible Quality - Season Skill and Work Effort
